- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- FCA qualification and extensive corporate finance experience
- Proven track record in capital markets and structured finance
- Managerial and board-level experience in a recognised international corporate financial services practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AI, corporate IT systems, and online payments
