Chief Financial Officer FMCG Waterford or Meath Salary up to100k DOE The responsibilities within the newly created role of Chief Financial Officer will include: Developing financial objectives that align with the business plan for growth and expansion. Liaisingwith and manage of the company's Auditors, Consultants, and other externaladvisors. Managingand Directingthe Finance and Administration team. Developing andimplementing strategic initiatives, operational models, policies, procedures, and processes alongside the Managing Director Generatingand present monthly and quarterly reports to Board includingpreparation of Budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Qualifications 10 years + post qualification experience with a recognised accountancy body in Ireland A demonstrated track record of excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience managing a team Microsoft Business Central experience would be desirable. As part of the Executive team, you'll be reporting to the Managing Director and can be based in Waterford or Meath.
