Executive Leadership: Partner with C-level executives to drive the strategic direction of IT, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.Strategic Vision: Define and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that fosters innovation, enhances operational efficiency, and delivers user-centered products and services.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships across all business units, promoting a culture of digital transformation and effectively communicating technology initiatives to executive leadership.Innovation Roadmap: Develop and oversee a dynamic IT roadmap that outlines key initiatives, processes, and metrics to support business growth and capitalize on new opportunities.Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with strategic priorities, budgets, and timelines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a significant focus on stakeholder engagement at the executive level.Experience within the food and beverage industry at a well-established organization is essential.Deep understanding of SAP and comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle.Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving strategic objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
