**Chief Information Officer Wanted for Not-for-Profit Organisation** Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Information Officer to oversee all aspects of IT functions at a large, pioneering Not-for-Profit organisation. **About the Role** As Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing, leading, and managing all aspects of IT functions, including Service Delivery, Project Management, IT Security, IT Business Analysis, Business Partnering, Administration, IT Finance, People Management, Vendor Management, and Strategy Delivery. • Developing and delivering the IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy. • Leading a team of IT experts and managing the company's technology, operations, and technology change projects. • Partnering with business leaders across the organisation to understand their needs and develop effective IT solutions. • Ensuring the IT department delivers a consistent and high-quality service to all users. • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering (desirable) or a third level qualification in a relevant discipline with equivalent work experience in a complex IT environment. • At least 7 years of Management experience, or similar accountability, in an information technology environment. • Strong track record of success in developing, implementing, and delivering IT strategy. • Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Strong negotiator and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Deep understanding of IT security and compliance requirements. • Champion for diversity and inclusion and committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. **What We Offer** • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Chance to make a real impact on the success of the organisation • Part of a team of talented and passionate professionals
