**IT Leadership Role** Seeking an experienced IT leader to drive strategic direction, foster innovation, and deliver user-centered products and services in the food and beverage industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner with C-level executives to align technology initiatives with business goals and objectives * Define and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that enhances operational efficiency and innovation * Cultivate strong relationships across business units to promote digital transformation and effective communication * Develop and oversee a dynamic IT roadmap that supports business growth and capitalizes on new opportunities * Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with strategic priorities, budgets, and timelines **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred * Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a significant focus on stakeholder engagement at the executive level * Experience within the food and beverage industry at a well-established organization is essential * Deep understanding of SAP and comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle * Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving strategic objectives
