Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Global Asset Management Firm
A highly respected CIO will be responsible for leading the investment team in Dublin, overseeing a diverse range of UCITS strategies.
The successful candidate will be an experienced investment professional with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience at an asset manager or asset owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of investment process: investment strategy, investment performance, risk assessments, and analysing investment characteristics.
- Client requirements: ensure strategies are adhering to client requirements.
- Reporting: report to the Management Board and be a key member of the Investment Committee.
- ESG implementation: play a key role in implementing ESG considerations across strategies.
- Industry conferences and client meetings: participate in industry conferences and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: extensive experience across equity or fixed income strategies.
- Education: degree educated, preferably with an investment industry qualification such as the CFA.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaboration and leadership: highly collaborative, team-oriented individual with strong people management skills.
