Job Description

Seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and management team in driving strategic goals and fostering a positive organizational culture.

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is a key Government Commercial Semi-State Body that delivers social and affordable housing on State and other lands. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, the LDA is underpinned by a positive, collegiate, 'can do' culture based on core values of Integrity, Results, Collaboration, Sustainability, and Innovation. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in coordinating key projects, streamlining communications across the organisation, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** • Advise and support the CEO on strategic direction and initiatives • Coordinate the CEO's agenda across all business functions • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, working closely with business partners embedded in various divisions • Oversee continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with the LDA's governance framework • Collaborate with senior colleagues to track performance against the LDA's business plan • Oversee sustainability strategy and reporting, working with the CFO and Sustainability Lead • Lead special projects from conception to execution • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Enhance, develop, and implement organizational policies • Plan and facilitate strategic initiatives • Promote a positive and collaborative organizational culture **Requirements:** • Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field • A minimum of 8+ years in senior management or director-level roles, supporting strategic leadership at the executive level • Proven experience in a high-growth, complex organizational environment with strong expertise in programme/change management • Demonstrable experience in business planning, reporting, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of success in leading strategic initiatives and complex projects • Experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Operations, Strategy, Governance, Business Management, Programme/Change Management **Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to public service values and a willingness to address Ireland's key social challenges, in alignment with the LDA's ethos.
