- Operational Delivery: Ensure that housing services, including tenant engagement, asset management, and repairs, meet financial and regulatory targets.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and ensure robust internal controls.
- Performance Management: Foster a performance-driven culture focused on delivering high-quality, customer-centered services.
- External Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, policy makers, and contractors to support growth and influence sector thinking.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Professional accreditation (e.g., CiH or RICS) and continuous professional development.
- Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in housing or property services, with a strong track record in delivering change, motivating teams, and driving business performance.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and commercial acumen, with a passion for affordable housing.
