Seeking a highly experienced Chief Physicist to lead the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department at Beaumont Hospital, a large academic teaching hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Beaumont Hospital is a leading academic teaching hospital providing emergency and acute care services across 54 medical specialties to a local community of 290,000 people.

The Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department provides scientific and technical support to clinical staff in relation to medical devices, diagnostic imaging, and radiation protection.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of achievement, strong scientific skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with senior management, business leads, and clinical staff.

The Chief Physicist will be responsible for setting, following through, and delivering on objectives, and providing and managing services offered by the department.
