Chief Quality, Compliance and Sustainability Officer
Context, a leading provider of high-quality language services, is seeking a Chief Quality, Compliance and Sustainability Officer to support its accelerated growth and integrate its systems with cybersecurity and information security standards.
About the Role
- Partner with the 3 business lines, clients, and suppliers to meet the organization's quality, compliance, and sustainability goals.
- Enhance and co-design strategic goals and ensure their overall execution.
- Integrate new sustainability KPIs, GDPR, and cybersecurity compliance KPIs, and create updated metrics embedded in the operational business.
- Support the processes of the 3 self-managing operational teams and engage with the Senior Support Team on strategic dialogue and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of the ISO9001:2015 accredited quality system in cooperation with quality leads and Senior Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Manage GDPR and cybersecurity processes.
- Develop and manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.
- Lead training programs on quality, compliance, and sustainability.
- Initiate projects to increase the sustainability of business processes and work practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field (Compliance, Quality Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business).
- Demonstrated experience with transformational leadership and the skill to support self-managing teams.
- Professional experience in managing and delivering quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Thorough and current knowledge of ISO standards on quality management, information/cybersecurity, governance.
Terms and Benefits
- 30 hours/4 days per week (Monday to Thursday).
- Hybrid format with a regular presence on site, including for training days and team events.
