As they continue to expand their market presence and embrace digital transformation, they are seeking a visionary and strategic CTO to lead their technology function and drive the next phase of their growth. Key Roles: Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the technology strategy to support the company’s business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and enhancing the company’s competitive edge in the fashion retail sector. Innovation Leadership: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions that drive innovation, enhance customer experience, and streamline business operations. Team Management: Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting professional development and career growth. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to understand their technology needs, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of effective technology solutions. Technology Governance: Ensure robust technology governance and compliance, managing risks associated with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Technology Strategy: Formulate and lead the execution of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s growth plans and business objectives. Ensure that technology investments and initiatives are prioritised and managed effectively. Drive Technological Innovation: Identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance the company’s digital capabilities, improve customer engagement, and support the development of new business models and revenue streams. Manage Technology Operations: Oversee the management of the company’s technology infrastructure, including systems, applications, and networks. Ensure that IT operations are reliable, secure, and scalable to support business growth. Lead and Develop the Technology Team: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure that team members are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results. Ensure Data Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust data security and governance frameworks to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within the fashion retail or a related industry. Strong background in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technology team, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Experience in driving technological innovation and managing complex technology projects, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends. Expertise in technology governance, data security, and compliance, with a track record of managing risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
