Realtime has an excellent new opening for a Chief Technology Officer to join a highly established business in Dublin.About the Role: As CTO, you will bring a wealth of experience to this role, carrying out a discovery phase, making recommendations in an effort future proof the company's technology and creating a Tech Vision. You will have a keen interest in automation as that will play a part in the growth of this organisation.Requirements: 15+ years in Technology - having come through the technology ranks to Senior level5+ years Leadership experience at Director level or CTO/CIO or similarExperienced working with small tech teams (sub 30) to achieve great thingsPassion and energy to drive Change and develop the Tech personnel on the journeyConfidence and competence to get amongst the tech team with a 'rolled up sleeves' mentality to guide, mentor and excel to achieve resultsStakeholder Management - working closely with other C suite personnel as well as your tech team, and the ability to articulate the tech piece to non-tech executivesVendor Management - accountability to ensure SLAs and other agreements with third parties are in place to meet the needs of the businessGovernance - ensuring standards are adhered to on an ongoing basisStrategic thinker - track record translating business goals into tech strategies and delivering on themWorking closely with the Leadership team, you will be supported and encouraged to drive the necessary changes required to meet the ambitious growth of this company. This role suits someone who has been a hands-on Tech leader, at CTO level or similar and ready for this challenge.
