Realtime has an excellent new opening for a Chief Technology Officer to join a highly established business in Dublin. About the Role: As CTO, you will bring a wealth of experience to this role, carrying out a discovery phase, making recommendations in an effort future proof the company's technology and creating a Tech Vision. You will have a keen interest in automation as that will play a part in the growth of this organisation. Requirements: 15+ years in Technology - having come through the technology ranks to Senior level 5+ years Leadership experience at Director level or CTO/CIO or similar Experienced working with small tech teams (sub 30) to achieve great things Passion and energy to drive Change and develop the Tech personnel on the journey Confidence and competence to get amongst the tech team with a 'rolled up sleeves' mentality to guide, mentor and excel to achieve results Stakeholder Management - working closely with other C suite personnel as well as your tech team, and the ability to articulate the tech piece to non-tech executives Vendor Management - accountability to ensure SLAs and other agreements with third parties are in place to meet the needs of the business Governance - ensuring standards are adhered to on an ongoing basis Strategic thinker - track record translating business goals into tech strategies and delivering on them Working closely with the Leadership team, you will be supported and encouraged to drive the necessary changes required to meet the ambitious growth of this company. This role suits someone who has been a hands-on Tech leader, at CTO level or similar and ready for this challenge.
