Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities inspired by the Curiosity Approach, promoting curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking (Full Induction Training is provided).
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a rich learning environment that reflects the interests and needs of the children.
- Encourage outdoor exploration and play, providing opportunities for physical activity and connection with nature.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to engage in outdoor activities and embrace nature-based learning.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
