Our client, a creche based outside of Naas, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's progress and development Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required Maintain a clean and organised classroom environment Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of Level 5 qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability Ability to multitask and prioritise Strong organisational skills Skills: Early Childhood Early years Supervise children
