Qualifications:→A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education minimum QQI Level 6Responsibilities:To provide excellence in role modelling best practiceCandidate must be able to work and support our young babies/toddlers as well as other age groups.To maintain professional boundariesTo follow the childcare policies, in line with the government guidance and statutory requirements.To support and assist in the provision of high-quality Early Years care and learning to children aged 0-5 years of age.Support activities to benefit the child while delivering a play-based approach.Support children’s holistic development.Contribute to the process of Observation & Documentation - Including learning stories and conducting observationsBuild effective forms of Communication among team membersLiaise with the parents, staff and the inter-agency team where possible.Engage with opportunities to upskill and access relevant training.Engage with Team Meetings and reflective practice.To be flexible and adaptable to suit the service needs when required.Practice and follow expected hygiene practices involving good hand hygiene and using Personal Protective Equipment.Knowledge of Siolta & AistearJob Type: Full-timePay: €14.70-€16.28 per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 11/10/2024Expected start date: 28/10/2024 #J-18808-Ljbffr
