As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be working in one of our busiest periods of the year, providing exceptional customer service and helping to drive sales and achieve company goals. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that the store is always presentable and providing a great experience for our customers.

About the role:

  • Helping customers: answering questions, giving advice, and providing a great service on our tills.
  • Helping the store run smoothly: working with the team to ensure that the store is always presentable and providing a great experience for our customers.
  • Working as part of a team: pulling together with other members of the team to achieve company goals and drive sales.
  • Adapting to a changing environment: being flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the store and our customers.

What you'll need to have:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work at pace and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
  • Knowledge of the importance of providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.
