Christmas Warehouse Temp Position Summary: Assist in managing the Christmas Warehouse, coordinating storage, stock management and distribution of toys and gifts for the East Region of SVP, a large national voluntary organisation, working with a diverse range of people who experience poverty and exclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Christmas Warehouse under the direction of the Regional Coordinator
- Coordinate storage, stock management and distribution of toys and gifts for the East Region
- Lead and motivate a team of volunteers/students
- Project manage logistics and ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain a patient and collaborative nature
Requirements:
- Leaving Cert Equivalent and relevant experience
- Office administration and warehouse supervision experience
- Logistics and project management skills
- Able to work on own initiative and lead a team
