About the Role
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Open and close the store, ensuring safe and legal trading practices.
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with queries using product knowledge.
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Perform ear piercing duties (full training provided).
- Maintain a presentable and inviting store environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills and understanding of mathematics.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to operate POS system.
