We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and contribute to various construction projects in the Munster region. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data and inform project planning. Prepare detailed engineering designs, plans, and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate and collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Oversee the construction process, completing work according to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust designs or plans to address challenges. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery. Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues, delays, or variations to the original plan. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in civil engineering within the construction industry. Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale civil engineering projects, particularly in roadworks, water infrastructure, or commercial building sectors. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
