Job Title: Project Manager
Priority Construction Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management, completion, and handover of projects in which you are involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage plant and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Day-to-day management of staff members on site, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
- Ensure that all work is undertaken in line with best practice and specified HSEQ initiatives.
- Assist in compiling valuations, to be compiled monthly (or on agreed period ends) for the Contracts Directors.
- Weekly programmes and minutes of weekly meetings to be circulated for each live job.
- Ensure site KPI's are submitted daily by Site Manager.
- Ensure site timesheets submitted on a Monday morning by Site Managers.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or equivalent in a Civil Engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and develop.
