Job Description
Civil Engineer with 5+ years experience required to a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team with experience and expertise across a range of technical disciplines, including environmental science, ecology, hydrology, hydrogeology and planning. The company has successfully delivered over €3 billion worth of projects for clients across Ireland and the UK. The successful Civil Engineer will be responsible for the planning and design of a range of Water & Wastewater services projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and work on challenging projects. Sample Projects: €20m New Wastewater Treatment Plant €15m Water Infrastructure upgrade €100m Drainage Area Plan €17m Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Requirements: A masters degree in civil engineering (Level 9 in the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent Experience of surface water, foul drainage, wastewater treatment and water supply infrastructure design from planning stage through to construction for rural roads (to TII standards), urban roads and development sites Experience of hydrological estimation methodologies Experience of 1D-2D flood modelling (rivers and watercourses) Experience of site-specific flood risk assessment Experience in the design of site-specific SuDS strategies Salary: Excellent Salary circa €55K - €65K+ doe + excellent benefits Bonus Pension Hybrid/Remote Working Excellent location Bike to Work Scheme CPD Accredited Employer If you are a Civil Engineer considering a career move, please feel to send your CV or contact Matthew de Veale for a confidential discussion.
