An exciting time to join a quickly expanding and leading Motorway Maintenance Company, Looking to continue the growth with an exciting team and management system Roles & Responsibilities * Programmed and Ad hoc inspections on the Network * Direct report to Inspections Supervisor and Head of Dept * Participate in regular meetings with the head of dept * Teamwork: Work as part of a niche team of Network Inspectors to deliver Network Inspection targetsLiaison with Depots, Incident Response Unit, and Patrols and occasionally members of the public. * On call duties if required. Requirements * Clean “B” Drivers license * Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering preferable at graduate level * Or: Minimum 2 years’ civils / construction experience in roads infrastructure * Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a track record to demonstrate an ability to work on one’s own. * Must demonstrate professional image to all stakeholders via communications and to road users while out on the Network. * Confident user of GIS systems – an advantage
