Civil Foreman Job In Cork

Seeking a Foreman for a large civil project near Cork City, with experience in drainage, bridges, concrete, and groundworks.

Our client, a top contractor, requires a skilled professional to manage sub-contractors, labourers, and onsite staff, as well as plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of sub-contractors, labourers, and onsite staff
• Management and control of plant and equipment
• Management and control of health and safety issues
• Ensure quality requirements from specifications and drawings are met
• Keep up to date site diaries and paperwork
• Provide regular updates on the progress of works to the site manager

Required Experience:

• Experience working as a Civils Foreman for a Main Contractor previously
• Excellent communication skills, including drafting of written documentation
• Able to work within a team / lead a team
