Job Title: Civil Project Engineer The Company Our client, established nearly a century ago, is a major player in the structural and civil engineering sector with a turnover of over €10 million annually and a strong presence in Leinster, Munster, and Connaught. With a growing workforce of over 150 employees, they have built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of projects, including infrastructure development and commercial construction. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking to add a talented Civil Project Engineer to their team. The Role The successful candidate will join a market leader in structural and civil project engineering and will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to: A focus on projects related to water services, including infrastructure, treatment plants, and pumping stations Manage each project through the design and build stages, ensuring that time-lines and quality standards are met Act as client-side project manager on select contracts Carry out design works, feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to inform project development Prepare and submit planning applications in compliance with local regulations and standards Compile detailed specifications and tender documents for contractor selection Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution The Person The successful candidate will: Have previous experience as a Civil Engineer, Civil Project Engineer, or Design Engineer. Ideally come from an engineering consultancy background, though candidates from engineering contracting firms will also be considered. Experience in water treatment will be advantageous for the role. The Package Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 DOE 21 Days Holiday Laptop Phone Location Dublin, Galway, Cork, Castlebar/Mayo.
