Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Site Manager for a large civil project in Cork. The ideal candidate will have experience in management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff, as well as plant and equipment, with a focus on health and safety and quality requirements. The Civil Site Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling health and safety issues, ensuring compliance with quality specifications and drawings, and keeping up to date site diaries and paperwork. The role requires excellent communication skills, including drafting of written documentation, and the ability to work within a team or lead a team. The successful candidate will have experience working as a Civils Foreman for a Main Contractor previously.
