Job Description
Civil Supervisor required for Munster region projects, managing site activity, staff, and contractors, ensuring completion dates, quality, and safety standards.
AA Euro Group has been retained by one of Ireland's largest Utility Contractors to recruit a Civil Supervisor for the Munster region. The role is based on the redevelopment and upgrade of existing pump stations, sub-stations, and other various projects across the Munster region.
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day activity on site
- Coordination of site staff and sub-contractors
- Making sure completion dates are met
- Managing engineering staff and groundworks contractors
- Ensuring standards on site and quality of works
- Managing labour time sheets, supplier documents, and HSQE paperwork
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in similar types of projects
- A proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
- Working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- Working knowledge and track record of managing utilities
- The ability to work with people at all levels and be willing to work in a team
- Ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects
