A rapidly growing civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to manage a residential project in North Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring the project are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role offers long-term work in the area and an excellent benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and manage site personnel, including direct labour and subcontractors. Ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment for efficient site operations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and project progression. Requirements: Previous experience as a Foreman in civil engineering projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control procedures. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively on-site. Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction or civil engineering are an advantage. Benefits Package: Competitive salary in the range of €75,000 - €85,000.
