INFORM3 Recruitment Civils General Foreman/Project Manager Job Location: Dublin Inform3 are recruiting for a General Foreman/Project Manager to join a large civil contractor to work across Dublin on large utility projects. The client is seekingsomeone that is able to handle responsibility and work off their own initiative in a busy working environment. Civils General Foreman/Project Manager Role: Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards Attending weekly management team meeting Maintaining the site diary recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site Civils General Foreman/Project Manager Requirements: 5 years+experience as a foreman on civil engineering projects including groundworks, roads, Irish Water, ESB, utilities and concrete Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors Ability to work to tight deadlines Anunderstanding of site levels, and be able to set up and use a pipe laser Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc The client understands the value of quality staff, ensuring that they have put in place professional working practices and in return are looking for candidates that are self-motivated and who can deliver quality work.
