Job Description
Civils/Structural Project Manager sought for busy building and civils consultancy working on industrial, new build and service station projects across Ireland. Market leading salary & package offered for the role. Minimum 5 years experience in managing complex civils/structural projects.
- Familiar with project plans and oversee development ensuring time and budgets are met.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Manage site teams, communicate and motivate staff to highest standard.
- Liaise with colleagues, architects, consultants and clients.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met.
- Complete paperwork for reporting and actioning.
- Check quality standards on site.
- Maintain cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate daily site meetings and senior management meetings.
- Address project issues as they arise.
- 5-10 years post qualification experience in senior position.
- Manage multiple civil teams and projects.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Understand assigned certifier role in BCAR.
- Excellent communicator.
- Confident in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
- Full driving license.
