Job Description
Seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 5+ years experience to conduct inspections, create technical reports, and advise clients on liability.

Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out inspections at accident locations (road, factory, building, machine, etc.).
- Photograph the relevant areas and equipment/vehicles.
- Record dimensions and carry out testing as required (e.g., slip assessments, force calculations, light assessments, etc.).
- Research regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Create a technical report.
- Advise clients on liability.
- Deliver evidence and face cross-examination as an expert witness in court cases.
Requirements:
- Hold an NFQ Level 8, 9, or 10 qualification (degree, masters, or doctorate) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Fire).
- Chartered Engineer.
- At least 7+ years of postgraduate experience.
