Job Description

Our client, a specialist Broker based in Dublin, is seeking a Claims Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in insurance claims to further their career in a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Property and Liability claims. Key tasks include uploading claim details to internal systems, chasing outstanding documentation, and regularly updating systems to ensure accurate and timely records. Strong communication skills will be crucial, as you will also provide support to the Claims Handlers in their daily claims management tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience within the insurance industry, and hold an APA qualification or be willing to pursue one. The role requires excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed and grow within the role, with clear opportunities for career progression. In return, you will receive a basic salary of up to €35K, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, an employee assistance programme, death in service benefit, a pension scheme, and 25 days of annual leave. You will also have the opportunity to travel to London for training and social events. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.
