Claims Analyst (Data Entry) Role Summary: The Claims Analyst provides service support in the life insurance financial services sector to customers of a major life insurance Irish company operating in the EU, handling information, resolving claims and queries, and communicating with internal and external customers, requiring fluency in Italian and English, and a minimum 1-year relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide product information to branches and customers.
- Control and request life insurance claims related documentation.
- Provide detailed information on live policies.
- Register information related to pending cases in appropriate systems.
- Reconcile legal documents according to agreed procedures.
- Guide customers through the policy process.
- Resolve customer claims efficiently and timely.
- Record customer information and issues in systems and maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on issues.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
- Troubleshoot system and business process problems and escalate when required.
- Cooperate with client's teams to resolve customer issues.
