Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clarity Systems Project Administrator to manage, maintain, and administer the Clarity system, ensuring smooth operation and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Clarity PPM tool, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Clarity system.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Monitor integrations with other business systems.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and offer training sessions.
- Manage user access, create user accounts, and oversee permissions to ensure data security.
- Customise dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Develop standard and tailored dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
- Work closely with IT, project management teams, and other departments to align the system with business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system documentation (configuration settings, workflows, user manuals).
- Ensure system compliance with company policies and data security standards.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Clarity PPM tool.
- Familiarity with portfolio and programme management best practices.
- Experience with project, programme, and portfolio reporting frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis and creating dashboards with Power BI for decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
