Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clarity Systems Project Administrator to manage, maintain, and administer the Clarity system, ensuring smooth operation and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Clarity PPM tool, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Clarity system.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Monitor integrations with other business systems.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and offer training sessions.
  • Manage user access, create user accounts, and oversee permissions to ensure data security.
  • Customise dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Develop standard and tailored dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
  • Work closely with IT, project management teams, and other departments to align the system with business needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation (configuration settings, workflows, user manuals).
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies and data security standards.
  • Assist with audits and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Clarity PPM tool.
  • Familiarity with portfolio and programme management best practices.
  • Experience with project, programme, and portfolio reporting frameworks.
  • Proficient in data analysis and creating dashboards with Power BI for decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
