We, the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland, are looking for a Cleaning Manager to join our talented team on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.
As a Cleaning Manager, you will ensure all work is presented to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment.
You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to enhance the customer experience by effectively managing the cleaning team over a 24/7 basis, equipment, resources and third-party suppliers ensuring the cleaning/FM operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company standards & procedures.
To promote a safety culture and ensure the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures at all times.
To manage the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget for the contract in line with company targets To ensure the cleaning operation continually improves in all areas of the operation - Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety To ensure the cleaning team are engaged and managed effectively to achieve their performance targets.
To ensure the right number of people are supervised and trained to the right skill level are in place to achieve the required cleaning service, conduct regular 1-2-1s, and lead from the front.
To ensure the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures.
To manage any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements e.g.
Min 5 years' experience in contract cleaning, facility management or soft services Min 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Cleanroom environment or regulated industry would be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years in a management post.
