Career Wise Recruitment is seeking a Cleaning Validation Specialist for a multinational Pharmaceutical client in Cork, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Chemistry, BE/ME Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
The Cleaning Validation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring site cleaning practices are in line with external auditing requirements, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cleaning compliance activities on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring site cleaning practices are in line with external auditing requirements
- Serving as the SME for cleaning compliance activities on site
- Mobilizing cross-functional teams to ensure local SOPs are in line with Global and external agency requirements
- Updating procedures as required
- Monitoring and trending cleaning deviations and developing yearly action plans to improve performance
- Leading cleaning improvement projects on site and clearly displaying progress
- Supporting investigation leads on day-to-day cleaning issues and ensuring CAPA prevent recurring items
- Participating or leading the Cleaning Community of Practice, working across 4 API sites in the API network
