Seeking a Clerical Officer for a 6-month contract with a public sector client in Leitrim, Ireland.
This role involves providing administrative support to a busy management and operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liase with employees on compliance, training records, and relevant paperwork.
- Update training records and set up new employees.
- Manage email inbox and respond to emails.
- Process reports and provide general administration and operational support.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and team members.
- Take minutes of meetings and maintain records.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience.
- Interest in HR (not required but an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
