Clerical Officer| Healthcare | Tallaght | 6-12 Month Contract Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients across Ireland.
We are currently seeking to recruit Clerical Officers on a 6-12 month contract basis for our client in Dublin South.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful team, providing crucial services to the local community.
Key areas of responsibility:
Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members Handling internal and external queries within agreed timeframes and SLA's Undertaking general office administration tasks such as system administration, query handling and clerical tasks Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information Assist in locating and compiling data reports as required Compile reports, papers, proposals, letters, memos or charts using Word, Excel, Power Point as required General support to business managers as and when required Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week Rate of Pay: €16-18 per hour Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
