My Client is a leading Design & Project Management Consultancy who are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to join their Team to work on a cycle scheme in Galway. Initial 18 month contract with scope for further work depending on additional projects. Requirements Candidates ideally have5+ yearsexperiencein a similar role. Experienced in communicating effectively and have the ability to prioritise and manage work load effectively. Experience of ensuring works are compliant with the Works Requirements and Road Specifications. Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications. Identifying defects and liaison with designers/contractor regarding solutions.
