Client Account Director
Summary: Drive new business to new clients and incremental business to existing clients through high-level enterprise selling processes and high-quality service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP Sales EMEA to identify target retailers for new business and drive incremental revenue from existing clients
- Set and manage client expectations regarding B2B requirements and service level KPIs
- Build and develop a strong partner ecosystem to co-sell and optimize the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Everseen Onboarding team to ensure project and system installation rollouts are professionally managed and converted into revenue
- Forecast and track key account and revenue forecast metrics
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Report to Everseen's VP of Sales (EMEA)
- Collaborate with clients' single point of contact, Everseen's Operations department, and Revenue team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales account management, focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to major retailers across EMEA
- Demonstrated success in leading retail client accounts in the EMEA market
- Excellent knowledge of AI and Computer Vision and its use in retail
- Extensive experience with consultative selling approach
- Goal-oriented and able to exceed ambitious targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English and advanced in French
