We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Supervisor to lead our team of home support workers in Louth and Meath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client care and support, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services.

As a Client Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and supporting a team of caregivers to ensure compliance with care plans and service standards.
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
- Coordinating scheduling and allocating resources effectively to meet client requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
- Serving as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Addressing any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.
Requirements
- QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
- Relevant health or social care background
- Caring and empathetic nature
- Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
- Experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
- Full clean driving licence and own car
