Client Care Supervisor Job In Tullamore

We are seeking a Client Care Supervisor to manage a dedicated geographic region, covering counties Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, and Longford, with a base office in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

As a Client Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our client's care, including service reviews, risk assessments, and delivering high-quality person-centred care. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting our carer teams through supervision, support, competency reviews, and staff engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:** • Manage a dedicated geographic region, covering counties Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, and Longford • Conduct service reviews, risk assessments, and ensure high-quality person-centred care • Support carer teams through supervision, support, competency reviews, and staff engagement • Develop and implement care plans, assessments, and spot checks

**Ideal Candidate:** • QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified • Relevant health or social care background • Caring and empathetic nature • Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable • Experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments, etc. • Full clean driving licence and own car
