Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially aware individual to join our team as a Client Executive, responsible for supporting a busy team and working closely with Client Managers to plan and administer OOH campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support planning functions, working hand-in-hand with the Client Team to deliver on client briefs
* Produce information to ensure the smooth running of accounts, including competitive data, market availabilities, and costings
* Work closely with The Hub to ensure the smooth running of the design, delivery, and implementation of campaigns
* Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programs
* Manage the Tracker function, overseeing market activity alongside the marketing manager
* Assist with administrative functions on the programmatic offering alongside the PROOH Lead
* Comprehensively understand media owners, their business, and be an internal brand ambassador
* Prepare detailed post-campaign analysis and share with Managers & Directors to deliver quarterly updates and new insights

* 1 year media planning and/or office/admin experience
* Experience with dealing with clients and suppliers
* Microsoft office skills
