Job Details: Client Relationship ExecutiveThe Client Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective day to day processing of activity for Utmost Corporate Solutions across the various product lines ensuring that all work items are processed in accordance with compliance obligations and within agreed service standards.To process Group Risk Life & Disability renewals and servicingTo issue client invoices including deposit and regular invoicesTo respond to client/broker queries in a timely mannerTo monitor debtors and co-ordinate debtor chasing and referral as appropriateTo implement increased efficiencies in processes where possibleTo carry out other activities as required by the businessKey ResponsibilitiesProcess Life & Disability renewalsTo maintain SLAs for internal and external service deliveryTo ensure renewals are issued timely and accuratelyTo request/provide any clarification or information from/to clientsTo co-operate with the wider team as required in relation to driving efficiencies across the teamReconcile client renewal accounts in order to issue final invoices including adjustments whether simplified or full admin basisTo carry out other activities as required by the businessQuality ControlStreamline the delivery of services to obtain maximum efficiency.Create template documentation in line with corporate communication standards.Maintain 4 eyes approach to all non-automated communications.Conduct regular checks on all output to ensure continued high standards are maintained.Identify trends and propose solutions to increase accuracy and strengthen controls.People / Stakeholder ManagementWork collaboratively with Internal and External stakeholdersKnowledge - experience or qualificationsDemonstrate ability to follow processes and procedure and provide feedback for improvement.Proven experience of working with large teams and the ability to work with demanding and tight timelinesThe ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail;Enthusiastic, organised and self-motivatedDemonstrates strong organisational and communication skills;Good knowledge of MS-Office Suite, especially Excel.Financial services operational experience or technical qualification is desirableSkillsExcellent communication, relationship management, analysis, report writing and interpersonal skillsExcellent planning and organising skillsAdvanced analytical and numerical skillsExcellent attention to detail and proven accuracyBehavioursThe ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detailEnthusiastic, organised and self-motivatedDemonstrates a strong ability to drive excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
