Job Description

As Client Services Manager, you will have a crucial role in managing and supporting a diverse client base. You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in making important executive decisions of high value. This position is based in Offaly and offers a hybrid working model.

Client Services Manager responsibilities will include:

  1. Various financial management tasks, including business modelling, planning, and providing lending support.
  2. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and compliance-related filings, ensuring efficient output and exceptional client service.
  3. Monitor and assist Partners in implementing quality control standards within the Practice.
  4. Working closely with a team of experts to actively contribute to the Firm's growth and development.

Key attributes and requirements:

  1. The preferred candidate holds a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA, and has a minimum of 7 years of experience in Public Practice.
  2. A genuine passion for assisting business owners in problem-solving and maximizing opportunities.
  3. Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  4. Strong analytical abilities and technical knowledge.
  5. Interest in financial modelling, business planning, and development.
  6. Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  7. Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
  8. Ability to lead and motivate a team, enabling them to reach their full potential.
