Client Side Project Manager Job In Cork

Job Description

Manage renewable energy projects from pre-construction to commissioning. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Participate in project tendering and contractor selection
• Work through project scheduling and resource allocation
• Act as main client representative
• Monitor on-site activities and manage contractors and suppliers
• Oversee project budgets and identify savings opportunities
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
• 5 years' experience in construction projects (renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure)
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills
