About the Role
As a key member of a team that innovates and supports the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop viable solutions that add value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and modification of products and solutions to fit complex client use cases
- Engage with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
- Identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
- Provide consultation to prospects, clients, and partners on integration strategies and best practices
- Guide the creation of system-to-system integration channels, including APIs, and the development and testing required to meet the highest standards in integration design
- Anticipate future challenges, devise strategies to address, initiate and guide actions as necessary to sustain a stable product with positive client outcomes
- Own ongoing operation and growth of the product, including serving as a technical subject matter expert and a primary contact for the product roadmap
- Provide oversight of end-to-end client experience, including management of client servicing strategy, adherence to servicing level agreements, and assistance in resolving questions/customer escalations
Requirements
- Proven expertise in working across a related broad set of products
- Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Technical acumen as it relates to APIs, system integration, solution architectures, and configurations
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence internal and external partners
