Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions to fit complex client use cases.
  • Engage with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions.
  • Identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Provide consultation to prospects, clients, and partners on integration strategies and best practices.
  • Support Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
  • Guide the creation of system-to-system integration channels, including Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and the development and testing required to meet the highest standards in integration design.
  • Anticipate future challenges, devise strategies to address, initiate and guide actions as necessary to sustain a stable product with positive client outcomes.
  • Own ongoing operation and growth of the product, including serving as a technical subject matter expert and a primary contact for the product roadmap.
  • Provide oversight of end-to-end client experience, including management of client servicing strategy, adherence to servicing level agreements, and assistance in resolving questions/customer escalations.
  • Actively assist to create a positive team culture, ensure the adoption of an agile mindset, and support team development and transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in working across a related broad set of products.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain.
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
  • Technical acumen as it relates to APIs, system integration, solution architectures, and configurations.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence internal and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
