**Climbing Wall Instructor Wanted** We are seeking a passionate and experienced Climbing Wall Instructor to join our team at West Wood Club. As a Climbing Wall Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and climbing instruction to members of all ages and abilities. **Job Description:** * Monitor the rock wall area to ensure the safety of all climbers * Provide general instruction on climbing techniques in a fun, enthusiastic, and safe environment * Maintain and store equipment at the end of each day * Set new climbs on the wall * Train members to push their personal comfort zones and physical fitness **Requirements:** * At least two years of experience working in a climbing wall * Climbing Wall Instructor award is essential * Good communication skills and ability to articulate climbing knowledge in an understandable way * Positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times * Ability to work evening and weekend shifts **Preferred Qualifications:** * CWI/RCI qualified * Minimum of 2 years climbing experience * First Aid and Child Protection training would be an advantage **Benefits:** * Free gym membership * Climbing wall access
