Job Description
The Successful Applicate will be responsible for driving climbing wall income targets and financial KPIs Driving operational excellence and supporting the development of climbing and the team. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the climbing wall ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety. Be responsible for the review, development and delivery of business strategy and objectives in climbing & effective stakeholder management Be a role model for the climbing wall team and ensure staff training is in line with industry standards Understand industry trends, and analysing data to identify opportunities for business growth Identify gaps in climbing wall usage and implement an action plan for commercial growth Ensure safety records & equipment inspection records are kept in an effective manner. Be responsible for the annual review of safety statements & normal operation procedures Manage centre access in line with best practice Design & deliver climbing wall training/academy programme. Required qualifications: RCI or CWI Desirable qualifications: RSA 1 and 2 CWDI Foundation Coach Desirable experience: 2 years experience working in a rock climbing gym/centre or adventure centre 1 years experience in a relevant management role in a climbing gym or adventure centre Skills: Management Teamwork Innovation Climber Benefits: Pension
